This is a brief summary of what we do:
- Audit your current position to highlight the greenspots where pressure is being well managed, and the redspots where pressure is edging towards the stress zone. We can audit online or using paper and pencil methods.
- Provide intervention recommendations that will help to improve the resilient performance of your organisation and of your staff and establish a continuous improvement strategy
